Thank you the template has many issues but it is not related to the white page error.
The error of <!DOCTYPE html> disappear happened occasionally, I need to visit the page many time to capture it once. And w3 validator capture it at that time.
I uninstalled the gatry template totally and the error happened on Cassiopeia template.
The error detected today on w3 validator like that:
---
Error: End of file seen without seeing a doctype first. Expected <!DOCTYPE html>.
https://www.fittotravel.net/faqapp
Error: Element head is missing a required instance of child element title.
https://www.fittotravel.net/faqapp
---
where the <!DOCTYPE html> declaration intermittently disappears, causing the page to render in Quirks Mode and resulting in a white page error, it could be a dynamic problem that occurs during the page generation or delivery process.
I talked to the host to stop dynamic cache, the told me to add a code to .htaccess.
also I stopped CDN , caching and NGINX .
The error is still there, that it is very weird!!
Any help?
